Too bad she's the size of Alaska.

I am speaking of my 9 1/2 year old newt, Gingrich. She has developed newt bloat and it makes me sad.

Our Christmas went well. We had family over and all was well. We got Cranium for Christmas and my parents, Stephen and I played it the other night. Surprise parties, anyone?

The turmoil in my life is on a break right now...not like we ever stop talking about it, but at least I don't have to experience it for awhile.

I'm owning my classes so far, just waiting for one more mark to come in. I'm so proud of myself.

I look outside and I say this: fuck you clouds (or clown, depending on who you ask).

Nest!

Happy holidays!

Yesterday, I decided to aim for law school.

Then I immediately changed my mind. We all know that the prospect of me in law school is ridiculous.

I read in The Edmonton Journal today that there are American soldiers in Iraq suing the American government for keeping them there longer than their duty supposedly required them to stay. I'm too lazy to provide a link, but you'll find it buried somewhere in the front section of today's paper.

It's cold outside and my life is in turmoil. I give my support to the Human Hibernation Party.

6 Days and Counting...

That is how many days before the Survivor finale.

My team consists of Julie, Chris and Twila. j-roc's team consists of those who are not Julie, Chris or Twila. 3 to 2 in my favour.
Jason Night:1
Heather: 5$ richer. That is how it's going to be.

At any rate, we had our plastic factory Christmas party on Friday night. It was interesting. Much drama, as usual. On Saturday, it was Sierra's 19th birthday bash. We started at the Savoy on Whyte, then went to the Druid. It was a good time.

Blah I have neglected most extra-curricular activities for work and illness.
Next week: How Heather Got her Groove and/or nest back.

I am...

Pierre Berton died (please read The secret World of Og...very good book). I am sad.

Our Liberal Candidate beat out the PC incumbent in the Nov. 22 Provincial election. I am happy.

St. Albert smells like poo today. I am displeased.
